Delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
4. Shipping Costs

- Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States

Customers are responsible for retrieving their package in a timely manner. Unclaimed packages returned to OnyxSora may be subject to re-shipping fees.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
